Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between Hooklly and customers subscribing to our email organization services.

2. Services

Hooklly offers a subscription service that may include:

AI-assisted email sorting
Custom categorization
Priority detection
AI-assisted replies
Automatic task lists
Priority support

3. Pricing

Subscription fees are €15/month incl. tax or €150/year incl. tax (annual billing).

VAT may not apply depending on the publisher’s French micro-business regime (article 293 B of the French tax code).

A 7-day free trial may be offered. No payment is required during the trial unless you subscribe.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription may start automatically according to the subscription flow shown at checkout.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by card via Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

5. Term and cancellation

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You may cancel from your account at any time, subject to the terms shown at purchase.

Cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refunds are provided unless required by law.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions for digital services.

If you requested immediate performance during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for the service provided.

7. Customer obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Keep credentials confidential
Use the service in accordance with the Terms of Use
Not resell or transfer access

8. Liability

Hooklly strives to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee 100% uptime.

Hooklly is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the relevant period, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Force majeure

Hooklly is not liable for failure to perform due to force majeure as defined under applicable law.

10. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the service, software, and related materials are owned by Hooklly.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the absence of an amicable settlement, disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of France.
